Do I really need an interactive website?
Today’s tech-savvy clients aren’t just hoping for this type of interactive functionality, they’re demanding it! Consumers expect to be able to visit a company’s website, log in, and perform all the desired functions, whether it’s online banking, utilities, investments, shopping, or even event planning. Give your clients the ability to book, plan, and manage their entire event right on your website. Give clients a reason to keep coming back to your website regularly. Won’t something like this take the place of personal service?

The tools are a great way to collaborate with your clients and help them through the event planning process, whether in person at a meeting or remotely by phone or email. Customizable email alerts let you stay on top of event changes, so you have a reason to check in regularly. Won’t this force me to give up too much control to the client?
We get it. Your clients hire you because you’re the professional, so it’s critical that you maintain control. We designed Event Intelligence with that in mind. To your clients, Event Intelligence helps them feel organized and on the same page with you. To you, it’s an opportunity to maintain control over your events. Take online requests, for example. You can specify how many requests of each type you are willing to accept. When your client hits that limit, the system will notify them that they cannot add another song unless they remove one of the others. Never again will you get twenty hours of requests for a three hour event! You can also specify how many days before the event date you require the client’s information to be submitted. You can choose to lock out the client after this time. So never again will you receive changes to a form after you’ve printed it out for the event! Plus, with all Event Intelligence tools, you will have access to your clients’ event information at every step of the process, even before they submit the final information, which means you can stay completely informed on every decision.

How do I add Event Intelligence to my website?
Event Intelligence is a service based in the cloud. This means there is no software to download or install. You simply activate your account, customize the tools the match your website (e.g. colors, fonts, logo, etc.), and paste a few snippets of HTML that we provide onto your existing web pages. In fact, Event Intelligence can be added to most websites in just a few minutes time. Step-by-step instructions are provided and we offer unlimited support to assist you with configuration, integration, and usage.
Do I have to make any changes to my current website?
Event Intelligence will integrate with any existing website, regardless of where it’s hosted or who designed it. No changes are required. You’ll simply need to paste a few snippets of HTML code onto your existing web pages to integrate the various website tools. Since our launch in 2002, we’ve never encountered a website that wasn’t able to integrate with Event Intelligence.
What if I don’t have a website yet?
No problem! You can still use Event Intelligence in stand-alone mode using the unique domain that’s included with your subscription.
Will Event Intelligence tools match my website?
Dozens of cosmetic settings can be adjusted to match the look & feel of your existing website, including colors, fonts, logos, and much more. Most clients won’t even know that your event planning tools are hosted on our servers.
What if I don’t need all the tools you provide?
All of the tools included with Event Intelligence are optional. Use only what you want and need for your business.
What if I’m not located in the U.S.?
No problem! Event Intelligence is used in nearly two dozen countries worldwide. You can adjust settings like currency (e.g. $, €, £), date format, (e.g. MM-DD-YYYY vs. DD-MM-YYYY), as well as address terminology to match your local standards (e.g. ZIP Code vs. Postal Code) and add optional service or VAT taxes.
Is the software customizable for my unique business?
Of course! We recognize every business is unique, so we’ve made a considerable effort to make our software incredibly customizable. Decide which features and functions you want to use, add or remove questions from the forms, and tweak hundreds of other settings to your liking. You’re in full control.
Is my client information secure?
Yes! Our servers are kept secure behind a commercial grade firewall and your client data is password protected, only accessible by you. Account passwords are encrypted for added protection. Our sites and website tools are SSL encrypted (running over HTTPS) and our servers are PCI compliant, undergoing frequent security vulnerability scans to verify protection.
Do you backup my client information and settings?
Yes, we backup multiple times daily with an encrypted offsite backup each night.
Will Event Intelligence work on a Mac, tablet, and smartphone?

Will Event Intelligence make my website look like every other vendor site?
Event Intelligence was not intended to dominate the content of your main site. Your website is a unique reflection of who you are and what your business offers. And while Event Intelligence can be customized to closely match the look & feel of your website, the overall style of how the tools are presented will be similar from site to site.
